David was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Board in October 2021. He is a geologist who has over 30 years’ experience in both exploration and mining throughout Australia and overseas who has been involved with the discovery and / or delineation of numerous precious and base metal deposits. As MD / CEO of ASX listed exploration companies for over 10 years he also has significant corporate strategy, business networking and stakeholder engagement skills.

David is a Fellow of the AusIMM and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).
